Horrible business person. They recommended bags for our central vacuum after consulting with us (i.e. giving them the model # and serial number since he installed it many years ago). He then delivered the bags (because he doesn't have a store). Then he proceeded to berate and yell at us when we asked for a refund because the central vac doesn't even require bags! He told us it was our fault that he messed up and sold us bags when we didn't need them. Then yelled at us for asking for a refund, swore at us and stormed off. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

When we looked for the company that installed the vacuum, we gave him the serial number of our canister and he told us what type of a bags were needed. When he dropped it off my husband tried to install it but it didn't work. When we called him back we explained the situation and he said oh yeah your canister does not need bags. When I asked if we can return it, he said because I opened up a bag which wasn't used. He would only refund me back one bag. When he came to pick up the bag. I tried to explain the situation. He was extremely rude, and yelled at me and walked away without taking back his product or paying me back. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend him. Now I understand why he doesn't have a store.

Repairs or new product Mike always comes through, highly recommend Mike for all you appliance needs.

I have used Mike for over 20 years for all my appliance repair needs. Recently our Kenmore oven (made by Fridgedaire) stopped working. Mike had me send him a photo of the model number. Mike checked and found out that the part is no longer available. Since Sears no longer exists, the part was no longer available from Fridgedaire. Mike did this over the phone eliminating the need for a visit

I listed the $200 repair for a past visit to repair our washing machine. (Of course Mike did an excellent job)

Purchased a new washer and dryer for a condo unit I purchased and renovated. The price was right, they delivered the appliances on time and were very friendly. Enjoyed the experience and service better than the big box stores.

Our dryer in our condo apartment stopped working and we were referred to Yonge Major Appliance for a repair. While describing the issue over the phone, it was obvious to the repairman that our dryer motor was dead (as it was a 20 year old dryer). We insisted that he come by to check out the wall mount and ensure that the dryer could not be repaired. I paid extra for this service visit however I deemed it worthwhile as a wall mounted dryer is unique and not an easy appliance to install. After the inspection, a new dryer was ordered and within a week it was installed (plus our wall mount was patched a little to give it more support). The entire process was smooth, no surprises and very good communication throughout.

I'll be happy to buy future appliances and call them for repairs.

The service man came on time and was able to determine where the leak was coming from. He had to replace the soap dispenser. He did the job efficiently and the leak was fixed. Very good service

When I called up to ask a few questions, they were right there to explain all that I needed. When I went into the store, they were friendly, curteous and were in no hurry to brush off any other questions regarding the refrigerator and stove.

I recommend them to anyone.
