I called Bland Brothers after discovering a leak in my ceiling. Unlike another "big name" company I also called for an estimate, Bland Brothers offered me several possible solutions at different price ranges. ( I opted to have a 2nd layer of shingles put on, flashing put on the valleys and chimney which a previous company had not done, and replacing the vents.) They were able to my job in promptly as well.
I expressed concern about the noise factor after a certain time since I work from home. The crew showed up 90 minutes earlier than at 1st promised and were cleaned up and gone by the time period in question. Now that's good customer service!
The roof looks great, the work is guaranteed, it fit within my budget and I'm one happy customer. When it comes time to have a complete new roof done... I'm calling Bland Brothers for sure!
