We have been in our new bungalow for a year and a half. House quality is v v poor…thin walls, shoddy electrical work, v v messy…garbage everywhere as we checked on the build on a regular basis. Any repairs take unrealistic time to be looked at and the pathetically done. {see photo….our front steps were wobbly , a few wood splints were shoved between them,}…..when the final inspection was done it was found the hardwood floors creaked and squeaked in many areas. We still have not had them repaired ….Lakeview claims is not the sub flooring (ha)……and are blaming the manufacturer….the issues are endless

Punch list too many deficiencies to list, scratched vanity, doors with wrong size frames, vent in middle of floor, roof fixed 3 times and on and on. Fixes went beyond Tarion deadline. What can a consumer do??? Need to be prosecuted.

Absolutly garbage company. Everything was fine until they started building. After that - it all went downhill very fast. Lots of things went wrong, the house was closed when it was completely unliveable....

Paint splashed on baseboard/fixture, most walls have mud patches with no paint, cocking/grout stains on most things.. I could go on. Very Very poor workmanship with errors easily seen from 10ft away. We found a water bottle of PEE in the venting! Clothing from workers left in closets/cabinets. Like pulling teeth to get these fixed when we bought the new home, would not recommend- too much of a headache.

I have had a terrible first impression. They have changed their policy to limit the number of visits. They do not provide pricing on Sundays and each change subsequent to your visit has an associated $250 admin fee. Very Dissatisfied thus far. Questioning if i should've purchased with a different builder.

Great company for first time home buyer. they let you go to the design center as many times as you wish, on on sundays. helpful staff, quality products for kitchens, be careful on upgrade prices! but overall a great company!
