The staff at the Losani decor centre were amazing - great help with trying to pick out colours/patterns that complimented each other as well as what my husband and i liked. Very professional!

Our experience with Losani Homes has been nothing but a positive one. I wouldn't change a thing. Keep up the great job! Thank you to the entire Losani staff for building my dream home!

This is our 2nd Losani home, the first 18 yrs ago was truly a well built home no issues, that's when the father John Losani ran the business. This one not so much, terrible concrete work, foundation has cracks through to the other side. 1st house will still be standing long after this one is gone. Other issues with drywall finish (not skringage or nail pops), concrete in garage and front porch, paint finish on woodwork, sloppy one coat.....you can still see the woodgrain under the painted baseboards. All of our door had dirt, fluff and finger prints inbedded in th paint. Aluminum siding was wavy and warped. Overall shoddy workmanship, the trades are not held accountable, poor supervision and follow up on the trade workers. If your building a new home go with a smaller, no name builder, you will get better quality workmamship.

Gary the contractor for Losani would always be available and on time for any thing that needed to get done in our home after we purchased. He was so courteous and thoughtful and went a step above his duties to make us satisfied customers.

A little over 2 years ago we purchased a new home from Losani. The initial visits with the sales centre were great, until we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed it went sownhill from there. The sales rep was suddenly hard to get a hold of, Losani forgot to add standard items in our house, our house got flooded before they finished the outside, etc... We notified them of the items they forgot to build in our house and they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to go to the sales centre with the original plans and clearly show what they missed. As we were moving in, the shower doors were not yet installed. We had to wait 2 weeks to use our ensuite shower. Then it had to be completely replaced 3 times. Our stairs looked like they were done by a 2 year old. When they came back to fix them they put the wrong type of stain and it all peeled up. Whe I informed them they told me it was from my dog??? Finally after threatening to go to Tarion they were properly repaired. I am still waiting for some of my grass to be fixed from the dead grass they installed. Overall I was sadly disappointed. I went with Losani because of the great reputation they had, I was wrong. In speaking to several of my neighbours the feeling seems to be consistant.
