Losani contractors work is very poor resulting in a poorly constructed home. We have had walls not nailed into the floor properly, resulting in movement of an inch or more. A HVAC system that is not capable of heating/cooling the home properly due to poor design and being undersized for the home.
The model homes look great, but will not be anywhere near the quality or design delivered. Read the contract carefully as Losani Homes is not responsible for anything that is not delivered properly or as sold. Leaving the buyer without any options but to pay contractors to redo the work properly.
Many warranty issues are left unresolved, or poorly covered up, not repaired properly or to code.
Do not waste your money like we did with Losani. There are reputable builders out there, do your homework.
