Supreme windows was recommended to me by two co-workers. I started out dealing with Wes Willet. He was prompt providing a quote for the work. He didn’t rush us to make a purchase or bother us after giving the quote. He encouraged us to slow down and come to the show room and see the product prior to purchase. We replaced 16 sliding windows with the crank style windows and a sliding door with a garden door.

Dave was the next person to contact us to tell us that the windows were ready to go. He quickly scheduled us in. He told me how many guys were showing up, what time they started, how long it will take, and who our point of contact would be.

From there I met Ryan who lead the crew. He and his team were very friendly to my wife and I. Over the 3 days we would come home and any of the crew we encountered were friendly and would always stop to quickly chat. After the crew went home, I would look at the work completed and was very happy with the quality work they did.

Ryan and I would text when needed he was great at quickly responding. I had a few requests throughout the project and Ryan completed them all with no questions asked or no threats of cost increase. On the morning they were installing the garden door I wanted the trim around the door to look a certain way. Sent pictures of what I was thinking and when I came home it was done the way I wanted.

Once completed Les contacted me and asked how I thought it went and if I had any issues. I had one small issue on my siding needing repair and he immediately said no problem send a picture and we will fix it.

When obtaining quotes we were very impressed with Sean, Renovation Consultant. He is very professional , cordial and knowledgeable. Sean has an extensive background in bldg. renovation projects which we valued greatly. Sean answered all our questions clearly and encouraged us to visit their show room and tour their Calgary manufacturing plant - which we did. We felt Superior was flexible in responding to any specific requests we made.
Superior's installation schedule was adhered to. Zach and Lucas managed the window install and precisely communicated all procedures and enthusiastically answered all our questions. We were comfortable with the entire install crew working in and outside our home. They diligently kept the site clean at all times.
There were a couple of minor repairs that Zach noted to us and they were completed within two weeks.
We are extremely happy with our new windows and Superior Windows is highly recommended.

Our experience working with Supreme Windows has been very positive right from the beginning. Our sales rep. Sean was very knowledgeable and helped us get the best product for a reasonable price. We replaced eight old wood frame and aluminum sliders with triple pane casement or fixed windows. We chose interior trim in wood rather than pvc. The work was done in 2 days with 2 crews. All the installers were respectful and pleasant. They did quality work and cleaned up after they were done. We were very happy with the finished product and have noticed a big change not only to the look of the house but reduced draft and frost build up. We would recommend the company to friends and family.

The workers were punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Another appointment had to be made for the patio door casement and I received the same great service. I’m very satisfied.

Windows were replaced in one day as agreed upon.
It took as long as in initial suggested to order the windows and have the windows installed at the proposed date.

Supreme makes great windows and we love the oak trim on the interior. The installers they used were professional and efficient. Rotted wood was found under one window and they immediately rebuilt the wall, as seen in one of the photos here.

The process to replace all our windows to different sizes went smoothly first with the estimator and then with the crew that came down to install them.
The job was difficult as we changed the size of all the windows and added a garden door where an existing window existed. This required extensive cutting of old stucco on the exterior and also re framing the walls to fit in the new products.
The crew was friendly and gentle while working in and out of the house

Over the last year we have used Supreme Windows twice to remove some of our 30 year old original windows and install new three pane windows. I thought this would be a real challenge to this company and their installers as we own a two story with a walkout basement. (three levels). There were two extremely difficult and if not dangerous putting their staff in a very precarious positions,, especially with the extra weight of the three panes. I was very concerned for their safety and was relieved when they were finished with no accidents or injuries.
Both teams were very professional, talented and courteous. I was very impressed with both teams and would not hesitate to recommend Supreme Windows to our friends and family. Brian Kobe
