Fabulous company, great installation which was quick and fast and the installers left everything neat and tidy after they were done. Quotes very easy to understand, overall this company is a 10 out of 10.

I changed my bay window and front door after someone smashed the front window with a bird bath.
Dealing with supreme from the beginning to the end was great. I had the pleasure to deal with Ed (Sales) who took the measurements and gave a great advice. Installers were very professional, Ryan and Dave. As well as, dealing with the office people was easy. Supreme windows truly gave me a peace of mind. I am very satisfied with the end results and I highly recommend Supreme if you are planning a major or minor renos.

Two large windows installed one year ago. Triple glaze casement style. Windows are excellent through last winter. The installer spent the afternoon on the trim alone which was well done.

This was our second window project with Supreme Windows. Many years ago we replaced windows in my parents home and the service and quality was top notch. We decided after getting a couple of quotes to use Supreme once again for our place.
Karl was very professional and explained the whole process from start to finish making my wife feel very comfortable. Ryan and his installation crew did exceptional work. The whole house inside and out was spotless you would never have known installers had been here for a couple of days.

Ed Jenson was my consultant.
Excellent, professional manner. A company that pushes their other services creates a 'red flag' for me, there was no up selling of any of their other services.
This project of changing windows from the old 1950s storm windows was done in winter on a rental property and none of my tenants complained.
Ed Jenson has worked with me many times even after a break in I suffered and will be on my contacts list permanently.

We had our main level windows replaced, 16 in all, 2 weeks ago. Les did the original measurements and estimate last fall and came out with the crew in January & volunteered to romove our interior shutters, 12 in all. We were very pleased as we were uncertain if we could do it ourselves. Matt & Ryan did the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new ones. We were very pleased with the care and caution shown by the crew. We have an ivy covered kitchen bay window and were surprised with the care shown to cause minimal distruption. They cleaned each work area extremely well which required no follow-up cleaning on our part. Les returned on his own time and hung the interior shutters. An excellent job and we would highly recommend.

I think it is fair to say that our experience with replacing all doors and windows by Supreme Windows has been a very positive one. Starting with your “estimating visit”, which was very informative in all aspects, followed by your detailed quote, you gave us every bit of information we needed.

The windows and doors themselves are great and entirely according to the fabrication specifications your company advertises. We are very pleased with them.

Regardless of how pleased we are with the results, I have to say that we have been very impressed with your installation people. Ken Haskin and his team did not have the easiest time of the year to do their job (lots if snow on the ground both in front and in the back), but they managed to do their job without making a mess of the house. They covered the carpet with walking strips, they had both inside and outside shoes -in order to avoid bringing melting snow into the house- and were forever changing shoes. Taking everything into account they did a thoroughly professional job of the installation. When they found a severely rotted floorboard under the patio door to the deck, they completely replaced that board before installing the new door. The carpentry of framing the new units inside is excellent as well, providing an overall professional job.

We are equally pleased with your recommendation of Admiral Painting for staining and varnishing the woodwork inside. Again, a thoroughly professional job completed with a minimum of fuss. In addition, they did an outstanding job of re-installing the blinds, both Venetian and Verticals, when Ram Cleaning declined to do so. They even hung the draperies (which I had counted on doing myself) without even asking.

Needless to say that we are thoroughly pleased with the whole experience and will not hesitate to recommend you, your company and the above mentioned contractors to anyone interested.
