Karl, I think it is fair to say that our experience with replacing all doors and windows by Supreme Windows has been a very positive one. Starting with your “estimating visit”, which was very informative in all aspects, followed by your detailed quote, you gave us every bit of information we needed. The windows and doors themselves are great and entirely according to the fabrication specifications your company advertises. We are very pleased with them. Regardless of how pleased we are with the results, I have to say that we have been very impressed with your installation people. Ken Haskin and his team did not have the easiest time of the year to do their job (lots if snow on the ground both in front and in the back), but they managed to do their job without making a mess of the house. They covered the carpet with walking strips, they had both inside and outside shoes -in order to avoid bringing melting snow into the house- and were forever changing shoes. Taking everything into account they did a thoroughly professional job of the installation. When they found a severely rotted floorboard under the patio door to the deck, they completely replaced that board before installing the new door. The carpentry of framing the new units inside is excellent as well, providing an overall professional job. We are equally pleased with your recommendation of Admiral Painting for staining and varnishing the woodwork inside. Again, a thoroughly professional job completed with a minimum of fuss. In addition, they did an outstanding job of re-installing the blinds, both Venetian and Verticals, when Ram Cleaning declined to do so. They even hung the draperies (which I had counted on doing myself) without even asking. Needless to say that we are thoroughly pleased with the whole experience and will not hesitate to recommend you, your company and the above mentioned contractors to anyone interested.
