The worst product and service I have ever experienced. Windows frost up on the inside the second the temperature falls to -20. The company accused me rather than the product of having high humidity when the Supreme windows in my kitchen didn't have any sign of frost. These windows are in my bedroom. I've had both kinds (Pella and Supreme) for over 10 years and the Pellas fail every winter while the Supreme windows are warm and dry.

We have a new service department administrator in Calgary. There should have been a Home Owners Manual provided with your windows. Condensation at cold temperatures can be from having humidity levels too high. It can also be a result of poor air circulation. Some area's of the home like upstairs bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen windows can be in area's of higher humidity. The same glass could show different results depending on location.
