On the recommendation of a close neighbour, I was asked to contact Les Willet at Supreme Windows in Calgary for the sale and installation of two steel and one fibreglass doors. Les was quick to return our call and asked us to visit Supreme Windows store to view and discuss various options available.

Les was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the choices available to us. All three doors were installed correctly enhancing the beauty of our home. Les has many of the qualities that I admire in a salesman. He is prompt, courteous, and professional. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the installation of our new doors. As such, I would highly recommend Supreme Windows as a choice for purchasing doors or windows.

At the advice of Karl Bergen I replaced and modernized the front windows in my home. After 23 years it was time. The professional advice and subsequent follow up was far beyond what I expected. The two installment specialist ( Ryan and Dave ) showed up on time, did the installation and left. The job site was clean with absolutely no indication that they were on site. During the process they provided product knowledge about the product, installation, and were extremely courteous . It appears that this is part of the corporate mandate of Supreme Windows. In addition to this Karl provided me with a contact to finish the interior casings - un-believeable
Being in the high end men's wear industry I know about customer service and follow up. I have absolutely no concern in referring Supreme Windows and their installation technicians to anybody. I am having the balance of the windows replaced in my home by Supreme at a later date.

We used Supreme to replace the windows in our home. Ed was our sales person. Ed is a gentle, kind soul. We did look at other window companies. We chose Supreme as we liked the product, but also because Ed was the only sales person who initiated followed up with a phone call (i.e. not email or text). He also was the only sales person that asked for the business. Being in sales ourselves, we appreciated Ed's follow up call and his courage to 'ask for the business'. The installers: Cory, Shea; and Albert were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few glitches and Heather in customer service was efficient and pleasant to work with. Jose, Jim and Mitch did all the service work - really nice fellows. We are very happy with our windows and the service. I've already referred Supreme and Ed to a friend. Thank you. Gerry and Linda

It was a big decision! We replaced all of our windows. Karl came out and measured and quoted. Karl was knowledgable,articulate, compassionate, fun and extremely accurate! All of our blinds fit back in perfectly! It was a true pleasure dealing with him as he listened and kindly alleviated all of our concerns. I would also like to give a very honourable mention to Ryan one of the installers on this job. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Last year Supreme installed all new windows on our 2nd story. They did an excellent job and I would give them a 10 rating. This year they replaced all of the windows on our main floor. I had an issue with how the window casings were installed but they addressed the problem in a prompt manner. Service was excellent but installation was not done in a consistent manner (two different crews).

Supreme Windows, what happened? I used your company a few years ago for a door install and everything was perfect. This experience was a complete let down. I recommended you to a friend to replace her window post break-in. Art was quick to initially take my inquiry and provide a quote but every subsequent follow-up and update had to be initiated by me. Dave was super helpful with the timeline for the window to be built and installed. Here is a quick timeline of the install: There was no confirmation call or email prior to the appointment. The appointment was at 830 am on friday and the Nanny was present to let the installer in. He was gone within the hour after completing the job. So I thought. At 1330 ( 7 hours after the appointment time) she received an email from Supreme to tell her how to prepare for the install. Came home from work at 1545 to see that he had removed and replaced the wrong window which was perfectly intact and functional. No followup service call was made. I instantly called Art and informed him of the mistake and he was apologetic and said he would call the installer and see what happened. He wasn't able to reach the installer but said he would call be back in the morning. I had to call at 1300 on saturday afternoon to see what the plan was. The response: "I'll call you monday" . I had to call on monday and spoke with Dave that booked me an appointment for wednesday. Again, no conformation call or follow-up from the sales team the day before. The installer arrived that morning and seemed very inconvenienced that he had to come back and offered no apology for his mistake. The window was installed and he left without saying goodbye or checking to see if we wanted to check the work. We just noticed he was gone. He left the gate propped open and the window unlocked. Again, no sales follow-up call. 24 hours later ( 24 hours after the job was completed) she received an email to inform her of the appointment and what to do to prepare for it. Still no follow-up phone call from the sales team. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and had every intention of getting a quote for another larger job at my friends place.

Me and my wife noticed some water damage and needed to get new windows before the problem became too serious. The folks at Supreme Windows came by right away, had a quote quickly, and were very flexible with our payment schedule and installation dates.

We'll be in need of windows again in the near future (older home), and will be sure to use Supreme Windows.
