Supreme Windows, what happened? I used your company a few years ago for a door install and everything was perfect. This experience was a complete let down. I recommended you to a friend to replace her window post break-in. Art was quick to initially take my inquiry and provide a quote but every subsequent follow-up and update had to be initiated by me. Dave was super helpful with the timeline for the window to be built and installed. Here is a quick timeline of the install: There was no confirmation call or email prior to the appointment. The appointment was at 830 am on friday and the Nanny was present to let the installer in. He was gone within the hour after completing the job. So I thought. At 1330 ( 7 hours after the appointment time) she received an email from Supreme to tell her how to prepare for the install. Came home from work at 1545 to see that he had removed and replaced the wrong window which was perfectly intact and functional. No followup service call was made. I instantly called Art and informed him of the mistake and he was apologetic and said he would call the installer and see what happened. He wasn't able to reach the installer but said he would call be back in the morning. I had to call at 1300 on saturday afternoon to see what the plan was. The response: "I'll call you monday" . I had to call on monday and spoke with Dave that booked me an appointment for wednesday. Again, no conformation call or follow-up from the sales team the day before. The installer arrived that morning and seemed very inconvenienced that he had to come back and offered no apology for his mistake. The window was installed and he left without saying goodbye or checking to see if we wanted to check the work. We just noticed he was gone. He left the gate propped open and the window unlocked. Again, no sales follow-up call. 24 hours later ( 24 hours after the job was completed) she received an email to inform her of the appointment and what to do to prepare for it. Still no follow-up phone call from the sales team. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and had every intention of getting a quote for another larger job at my friends place.

We rushed to correct our error by manufacturing and installing the second window for you and completed that process in 2 1/2 working days. Due to the poor communication and confusion on your order, you received two new custom made and installed windows for the price of one.
