Amazing product and service. Can not say enough about this company and their people.... so happy with the finished look and all the beautiful details. Thrilled to have chosen Supreme Windows and will use them again for any future work. Nice to not have to shop around, these guys are the best.

Supreme was easy to work with and they were very helpful in helping us decide what we needed for our home as we replaced all the windows and all the doors when the installation time came they were very professional they cleaned up after themselves and the job was done within two three weeks it was perfect and they now look amazing.

We did a lot of shopping around prior to choosing Supreme for the replacement of 21 windows in our home.

Our experience with the people and the various processes have both been very positive.

Karl was knowledgeable and professional throughout the quotation process and in coordinating with the installation planning, install and after install service gross.

The installers (TDK) installed all 21 windows in 3 days and worked with us to accommodate our requirements. They were very easy to work with and were very thorough.

After installation service has also been effective. We received quick responses to our queries and Supreme dealt with any issues immediately.

We are confident in the quality of the product and service has been excellent.

My wife and I had most of our windows in our previous two homes replaced by another local company and were very satisfied with their service. In our present home we chose to go with Supreme partly due to Karl's attention to our needs and partly because there was a promotion on with favourable pricing. Windows arrived on time and installations appear to be very well done. Thus far the quality of their products seem to be of a high grade. Overall we are very satisfied.
As for glitches in the process there were a few. One window screen was of an incorrect size, one screen was missing, and a custom moulding for our largest window was also missing. All of these problems were promptly resolved with minimal inconvenience to us.
The only other issues appear to be communication problems which may or may not be our own fault. My wife and I spoke with Karl about the needs and expectations surrounding the installations and we had similar, but not the same understandings of what to expect. He was clear in telling us that the painting of the mouldings would be our responsibility, but we must have misunderstood about the removal and re-installment of our window blinds. Also we thought that he had included the re-installation of a "phantom" door screen. Further, we found we were also responsible for painting some window and door frames. Again, apparently we misunderstood. Not big issues, but buyers should be aware that these are responsibilities for them to assume.

This is the third house that Supreme Windows has installed windows in. This company runs like a well oiled machine from Karl giving me a quote to Ryan dropping off the baseboards to the great team (Chrystel, Dimitri and Ian) that installed 10 windows and a double garden door in just 2 days. I would highly recommend this company.

We got quotes from 4 different companies and decided on supreme windows not the most expensive and not the cheapest. We chose supreme because of the rapport we felt with Karl B. He answered all questions and was very informative as to window performance, as far as window performance I feel their product to be superior.I had researched a lot of products.The installation team we had Krystal,Ian,and Dimitri,were exceptional can’t say enough ,overall we highly recommend this company!

Replaced all windows and exterier doors in our house. The team did a great job, they were very friendly and courtious. They took their time to install everything properly and with attention to the finishing detail. Everything looks great and we are very happy.

We were put in contact with Karl Bergen and from the minute we met, we knew we were in good hands. He's very professional and knowledgeable. He provided recommendations based on his knowledge and experience, but at no time did we feel any sales pressure. He didn't over-sell. The order was ready earlier than we expected, and the craftsmanship is superb! The windows and doors are great - no more drafts and icing up of the windows. The triple pane windows have made a huge difference in noise reduction. Supreme delivered "over the top" service from the initial plans to the finished product. We are really pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Supreme Windows and Karl Bergen!!

Very, very professional, it was great to watch Ryan, Ryan, Mike and Matt work, lots of pride in what they were doing and very willing to talk about the job and answer any questions we had. Thanks guys
