He provided recommendations based on his knowledge and experience, but at no time did we feel any sales pressure. He didn't over-sell. The order was ready earlier than we expected, and the craftsmanship is superb! The windows and doors are great - no more drafts and icing up of the windows. The triple pane windows have made a huge difference in noise reduction. Supreme delivered "over the top" service from the initial plans to the finished product. We are really pleased with the final results and would highly recommend Supreme Windows and Karl Bergen!!
