I met with Karl who is a great sales guy! He's worked at the company for 20+ years and I shows by all of his knowledge. I was told approx 12 weeks for the door but It was done in 4 weeks which was amazing news as winter has arrived and we need a door that seals. My mom was here for the install and she said Jim was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job! When I got home I was very impressed the door looks beautiful! I also was very impressed to come home to everything cleaned up with no mess or dust everywhere. I am a high end house cleaner for work and I can say that made my day to not come home and clean up after him. Hands down dealing with Supreme Windows was the best decision I made!

First 0f all, top quality windows, huge saving in heat loss. Four months from start to finish, one weather delay, and excellent job. Very satisfied with company, and special thanks to Ed, Kaylee, and Tammy.

It was a large project for us but Supreme Windows made it work quite smoothly. From the salesman Sean Ryan who bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted at a competitive price to the office staff, particularly Heather, they all worked hard to complete the job in a professional way. Any questions we had were answered quickly. I would recommend Supreme Windows to anyone who wants to have a seamless experience from start to finish.

The new windows and doors look fantastic! Karl has been incredibly helpful from the estimate, to providing suggestions on finishing. The installation crew were professional and expedient and did a lovely job. It is a boon to the city to have a locally owned and operated company like Supreme.

The installation team were very accommodating and professional. Work was completed when promised. We chose white vinyl and are very happy with how our home looks so clean and bright.

From start to finish the process was organized and well planned. Ed came out to give the quote and timeline and everything happened exactly when he said it would. Whenever I called Ed about a question he would answer with great knowledge and interest and was never ‘too busy’ to deal with me. I was given a time that my windows would be installed and how long it would take and again exactly what they said. The installers which were led by Kelly were everything you could ask for. The attention to detail when the windows were being installed was everything you would want. They were tidy, pleasant, and hard working. If you need windows I would recommend Supreme Windows...this is where you will get quality as well as knowledgeable and respectful people to deal with.

I absolutely love my new, pristine windows and patio door. Everyone involved - my consultant, Tom Taylor, and the 3 men who did the work - all did a beautiful job.

We are very happy with our new Garden Door. We love it. It was the perfect replacement for our ancient Sliding Patio Door we had which had an Energy R Rating of ZERO. It has made our Fireplace add-on room more comfortable to be in and it has modernized it.

We did have weather delays. The install contractors were good. The one team member was conscientiousness, did an excellent job. Finally after four months waiting for a spot and no weather delays the windows are in. There was a blemish on one of the screens and the service dept is ordering a new one!
