We started our window replacement in 2009 when we renovated our basement and replaced all of the basement windows in a bi-level home.
Rick was our salesman back then and was again in spring of 2018 when we started the replacement of windows and doors on the main floor. Rick, the installation crew, and all staff at Supreme Windows are fabulous. You wouldn't even know the crew has been in your home, after the windows have been installed your home and yard is left pristine. We love the windows and are over the moon with our new front door and garden door, which replaced a patio door. I used Supreme because I was witness to a friends home having windows installed by this company. I would recommend them highly and would suggest if you are thinking about new windows to definitely contact this company.

Installer did not fill in around the frame well so cold air blew in. Also the door was not installed properly since cold air blew in around it also. Plus the installer had to put the door knob & latch on and neither of those were put on correctly. The door slab itself is shabby (Supreme Windows gets from another manufacturer in B.C.) it was rough all around the edges. Then I went into the showroom and told them the door they installed didn’t look anything like the showroom door. They ordered me another one which again took a long time, it was too big, so they ordered another one, which took another long time.

The workers that came were very friendly and worked steady for 6 hrs. Ran the vacuum through the bedrooms when done.
All bedrooms were upstairs in my townhouse so not an easy task.
Very satisfied with their work.

Winter is Coming - time to replace north and west windows in a 15yr old home and still get rebate for energy efficiency!

Tom measured each window plus assisted us in choosing which way way the windows would open to catch the best breezes. Windows are fabricated locally and were installed several weeks ahead of schedule.

For a sash window in a bedroom consider having privacy glass as well as the part that opens not be the bottom half window but the top half window. For egress in a fire we have taken suitable precautions.

Supreme Windows did an outstanding job on removing our old windows and replacing them with energy efficient windows. Because our condo complex is fairly large, we have now completed 2 of the 3 phases. (Phase 3 is scheduled for Jan 2019.) We have had no issues with the product. The installation team has this down to a science. They're very efficient in getting in, doing the work, cleaning up and then moving onto the next unit. Kudos to the entire Supreme team - Karl, Gord, Craig, Dave, Ken, team Ryan x 2 and team Zach plus all the others that work behind the scenes to get the windows out to the field. Thank you for making the window replacement such a success!
