I would highly recommend purchasing a Trico home. First off, our realtor recommended them and when my wife and I walked in we were serviced right away and left to do our exploring. Initially we didn't know who to go with but from experience I have dealt with companies that were B Corp certified. Knowing that Trico was one made it a lot easier as they are held to the highest standards along with the contractors that work with them, have the same expectation.
Ken, Andee, and Devin at the sales office was extremely kind, patient and really easy to work with. They accommodated our schedules when we were meeting with them. Obviously there are just some things that just had to be done during the day but we managed. They walked us through every process, and step of the way. Being an emerald I had a TON of questions and thank you Ken for being patient and answering all of them even at 11PM at night or sometimes 1AM.
When we took possession of our home the day of we met Maurice, Brian, and Darryl. Pretty much an awesome welcoming party! Who were all on-site at the time we arrived around 8:35AM.
They were all very patient with us walking us through every room and advising of the different features/functions. Which, I found extremely helpful. Definitely helpful when it came to the HRV system which I am not used to at all.
We then later met Dean who was also very nice and pleasant to speak with.
After we took possession of our home we had some issues and in emailing Theresa. She is amazing to deal with as she would take the time to get back to us right away, and ensure we would get our issue taken care of. Most if not all of our concerns have been resolved in a timely manner.
I am impressed with the Trico team and kudos to them for providing such an amazing buying experience and after-sale service experience. It isn't often that we buy homes but the next one I'd like to get would be a Trico home as well.
