I recently closed on my townhome built by Trico Homes, and I couldnt be happier with the entire process and final product. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent and specially Jimmy Luong. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained each step of the homebuying process, which made me feel confident in my decision.
The finishes in the home beautiful, the layout is spacious and well-thought-out, with all the modern amenities that I was looking for. The appliances are high-end, and everything was move-in ready when I took possession.
I highly recommend Trico to anyone considering purchasing a new home.

The only issue Ive encountered so far is with the internet wiring, which is not yet resolved but is currently being addressed by their team.

We are truly thrilled to see our house, now our home, being built by Trico Homes. From the start, our experience has been incredibly positive, beginning with the sales process led by Will, who was exceptionally patient and attentive to our needs. He communicated effectively throughout, assisting us with key decisions such as the exterior and layout selections. Our site supervisor, Jamie, was outstanding during the final stages, particularly throughout the mechanical walkthrough and up to possession. Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute changes we requested. Overall, were delighted with the build quality and style of our home; Trico has delivered a level of craftsmanship that truly meets our expectations.

The property was a perfect match for our family needs. It was a quick possession built as if it was tailored to our family needs. The craftsmanship put into it was top notch. The rooms sizes, bonus and flex rooms were thoughtfully constructed. I will always recommend Trico Homes products to anyone out there looking to buy a laned home.
