Chair does not reflect comfort level of store display model. Extremely firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Service man found chair to be comfortable for him therefore there was no problem with the chair. Note he was twice my weight. When I pointed that out and how he could not possibly determine my experience sitting in the chair, he became defensive and stormed out of my house. After being a La Z Boy customer for 35 years, I will never enter Notre Dame Boys again. And most likely they don't care.

Highly DO NOT recommend going here. My grandma bought a popular assistive chair for my grandpa but he sadly passed away before receiving it. Despite my grandmother's reasonable request to receive a partial refund of her large deposit (only if they managed to sell it in store), her request was refused, leaving the Notre Dame Boys to keep both the deposit and the chair. I suggest going somewhere that values their clients more than lining their own pockets.

Went into buy a bed? Checked the hours online, got to the store as it was closing was told they didn't have a website with hours, went back with there store hours, they had no twin beds I was looking for, the third time I called prior to going asking if they had my bed available I was told "yes lots" and told them I was on my way just to get there and find out there warehouse was closed that day. While I was there I told them I was paying to rent a truc to pick it up and they confirmed I only lived down the street and still couldn't offer a delivery at a discounted price ... I still haven't got my bed.

In December 2014, I purchased a number of items, including a small bar fridge which was of reduced price because of a small dent. I was then notified 3 hours prior to delivery that everything would be delivered except the bar fridge, because it was sale priced. I offered to pay for delivery and was refused. The manager was unmoving, unsympathetic and would not do good on the delivery whatsoever. Management is arrogant and has poor manners. Ultimately, I could not take the fridge home. STAY AWAY.

Recently had to purchase an upright freezer and had shopped in local stores looking for a deal. Went into Notre Dame Boys and was ecstatic about the personalized service I received. I will no longer buy products from chain stores but will come back time and time again to Notre Dame Boys. Good prices! Good quality appliances and great service!
