i purchaceda sofa and love seat for my 82 yr old mother 3 months ago.2 months after 3 separate areas on this brand new furniture were snapping sitting down on both pieces.called go furniture they promised they would send someone out to look at the problem.they failed to do so all 3 times.contacted cindy apperently the manager,still no success,contacted tad apperently an owner and he told me he would try to get some one in sometime next week.being frustrated on how all of this has being nothing but ignored i suggested to him 2 send someone out to pick up this faulty furniture and replace it with new one.he asked what am i supposed to tell manufacturer.i said that is not my problem,it is faulty furniture after 2 months.he then told me he was going to retract sending anyone out.i told him i would sue go furniture,he did not care.well tad im not done yet better business bureau and public are going to no how you people are treating my 82 year old mother.shame on go furniture.i will do a bit of free advertising for you.hope you sleep well.wayne collins
