First snowfall of 2015 and they have only passed by ONCE!!! And the job they did do was sub-par.

Definitely avoid... Never Again!

Rick's Snow Removal (our previous service) was excellent! We just wanted to try something new... But this is unacceptable. Rick's has passed by 5x more than Syljack for one snowfall. And yeah... They Never answer their phone. :( Very disappointed.

Unbelieveble, bad service. i am wordless about the service. Nobody shown up yesterday. Right now the snow was just cleaned halfway. I have been trying to reach the device over 15 hrs without any luck. For god sake would you please pick up the phone or send someone over redo the job.

Still haven't showed up to clear driveway on first storm of the year. No one answers the phone "their agents are all busy"
Their GPS tractor location service does not work

They are the worst!!! You can never get through and then when you do they are so rude. Honestly...run don't walk to another snow removal service. They show up late afternoon and do a half assed job. Never ever ever again.

worst service ever, my wife convinced me to renew the service despite the bad service last year and they pic up right where they left us hanging last year. it's 2pm now. no cleaning happened in the morning, nobody showed up so far, all our neighbours driveways are cleaned and syljack does not even answer the phone. I can't even see my drive way any more under the 10 to 15 inches of snow. And had to take a vacation day because of this. Never again

Unbelievably bad! Almost comically so. At least I got a chance to work out a little this winter as I had to shovel half the driveway after every snowfall. Driver would show up randomly- if at all -and do a quick strip down the driveway and was gone leaving snow on both sides while my neighbours driveways were spotless. Politely called twice and was each time greeted with a loud "WHAAAATT?". Never ever again.

This year Syljack have not passed even once to clean my driveway when I really needed them.
Key moments when syljack is needed:
First time. In the morning before going to work. Never shows up! guess who has had to clear the driveway to get the car out... Right myself!
And the second time. In the afternoon, after 5:00 pm.
...Coming back home. As I noticed they haven't clear my driveway and considering that I have the luxury of a couple of hours wait, I leave the car on the street to give them time to pass by; "poor people they have to be working hard". After a long wait and considering it's almost bed time, here another guess, who is the one who has to go SHOVEL outside ALL PISSED OFF because once again, THEY DIDN"T PASSED WHEN YOU NEED THEM!

P.S. Don't waste your time trying to contact them by phone. there is no answer.

Lousy service, lousy Customer support, they hang up on me, and manager accuses me of doing things that I didn't. To get a refund you have to chase after them, and take them to court because they don't answer. They are not a registered company. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Never With Syljacvk again.
Syljack is the worst snow removal company of all. How do I know this? I just look at other people's drive ways on the street every driveway is clean except my driveway and another neighbour who is with Syljack. Today is January 6 and my drive way is a mess. I called and asked the lady to speak to a manager. A guy came to the phone and he said his name was Mike and I told him my drive ways was not cleaned and he told me that the snow is gone and nobody will be coming to clean the snow. I told him I will post the video of my driveway with their sign on tube and he clearly stated that he didn't care. I told him this would amount to the breach of contract and I can go to court, he said "you will go to court for 200$? I don't care!"
Since the beginning of the snow season they never showed up without me calling first at the end of the day while every other company had cleaned. In several occasions they totally refused to come because they said the snow was not enough. I took a a measuring tape and measured the snow, it was 11 centimetres. Twice I called and she told me she is sending a truck in few minutes and finally when they showed at night, they guy came and cleaned my drive way with only one run leaving 1/3 of the driveway with snow and left without cleaning the crossing neighbour's driveway. The neighbour came out and was shocked that his yard was not cleaned and started running after the truck, but they guy left. he called them and finally they came after several hours and did another shabby job on his driveway.
My fault? I have paid the entire amount in advance although I was allowed to pay in two instalments! I will be posting video on Utube of my drive way soon. NEVER WITH Syljakc Again.

Actually the worst snow removal company in the west island. After a huge snow storm, we got home at 8pm to find a huge mountain of snow in both ours and our neighbour's driveways. They didn't come until the next morning, after my neighbour chased the truck down and asked him to clean our properties -since he passed right by (but did our other neighbour on our street). After he finally came, half the snow still remained in my driveway and my husband had to shovel the rest himself. When we called to complain, staff was very rude (I assume we weren't the first to complain since they seemed quite frustrated). Horrible service. DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!
