worst service ever, my wife convinced me to renew the service despite the bad service last year and they pic up right where they left us hanging last year. it's 2pm now. no cleaning happened in the morning, nobody showed up so far, all our neighbours driveways are cleaned and syljack does not even answer the phone. I can't even see my drive way any more under the 10 to 15 inches of snow. And had to take a vacation day because of this. Never again
