We needed a second opinion on a mystery leak our roofer hadn't been able to identify. Dan was here within 60 minutes of our email. He helped isolate where the leak might be, confirmed our roofer knew what he was doing and provided some insight into why replacing gutters at the same time as the roof can be a good strategy.
