Watch the fine print with this company. Stay away if you want a good product for your money. They do not back their product. Simply put save yourself the grief and use I different builder.

Randall is not refunding the Impact Fee ($10,000) despite it being overturned by a judge. They also have a non-publicity clause, so you can’t complain. Shady company, will never deal with them again. They sure were happy to take my $600,000.

If you will do any upgrade on your Randall home and would have to peel into their construction, you will discover how shoddy your Randall home has been built, just like we did. This builder doesn’t have any professional pride at all and for a small amount, will deny their responsibility and dispute with the customer until the cows come home. There are WAY better builders who will treat customer with more respect!! ps - read their Google reviews and even the owner admits that almost all of the positive reviews are from their own employees or contractors - PATHETIC :)

I am very disappointed with Randall Homes. We built this home in April 2012, and our family has encountered many problems since. We had water leakage in the garage, rooms. The front door and the garage door got stuck multiple times in the winter. The painting job was horrible, there are cracks on the wall and roof. We have had many problems with the heating system as well, as it automatically shut down on us multiple times. Additionally, the service at Randall homes is the worse I have ever encountered, people at the main office are not understanding and are inconsiderate. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I have now been living in my Randall Home for a month. I really enjoy it and it is built well with a great layout. There haven't been any major problems this far and the things that have gone wrong have been fixed by Randall promptly. They do charge very high prices for some upgrades so I would shop around. An example would be to change the range hood to a stainless steel one they wanted $500 so I just got them to install the standard one and went and bought one for $100 at home depot and installed it myself.
