My 88 year old father has an older PC that like all PC's slow down with age. I had done everything I knew how over the years to try and keep his PC at an acceptable performance level but it finally deteriorated to a point where I had run out of ideas on how to maintain it. That is when I found PC Service On Site on Homestars. Pete came out at the appointed date and time. He is very personable and knowledgeable and did his best to get my father's PC up to speed at the same time letting us know that it may deteriorate again and that we should consider newer technology. He was very patient with my father, making sure to answer all his questions while he worked on his PC. The end result was exactly what we were looking for which was for him the 'clean up' the PC and bring it back to an acceptable performance level. I also brought along an old laptop of mine and he did the same for me. He explained everything he did in a clear manner. All of the work was done quicker than I anticipated and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete and PC Service On Site.
