We have used EZFIX before and on each occasion we have found them to be professional and customer-focussed. Eugene cares about the quality of the service he provides and the outcome. He communicates well regarding his ETA and arrives as arranged. He leaves everything clean. On this most recent occasion he came to repair a broken washing machine and informed us that it would cost more to repair than replace. We then engaged him to install the new washer and dryer we purchased. We will continue to us EZFIX for appliance repair and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We had a plumber come to our home to try and locate what turned out to be a shower faucet leak. This plumber recklessly tore apart our family room ceiling underneath the shower to try and locate the source of the leak. It turned out to be completely unnecessary as another plumber was subsequently able to locate and fix the source of the leak without tearing through any drywall anywhere. Regardless we were left having to fix our ceiling and a friend of ours recommended Rob. We were thoroughly satisfied with Rob's work and would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others. He is personable, honest, reasonably priced and did a great job.

We are re-configuring a bedroom and needed a previously mounted television moved from one side of the room to another. If you want a job done professionally, thoroughly and with care and attention to detail, David is your man. The communication to discuss the work leading up to the appointment was excellent. Throughout the work itself he gave us various options regarding the cabling and hook ups and was very flexible regardless of what we decided. He had the parts and equipment available with him to cover off what we decided upon and the end result was aesthetically very pleasing to us, with all the wires and cables nicely hidden. At the end he cleaned and vacuumed the area and even wiped off the television unit. He made sure that everything was tested and in working order. Last but not least, David is very courteous, friendly and honest. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. Needless to say, we highly recommend him and his services.

My 88 year old father has an older PC that like all PC's slow down with age. I had done everything I knew how over the years to try and keep his PC at an acceptable performance level but it finally deteriorated to a point where I had run out of ideas on how to maintain it. He is very personable and knowledgeable and did his best to get my father's PC up to speed at the same time letting us know that it may deteriorate again and that we should consider newer technology. He was very patient with my father, making sure to answer all his questions while he worked on his PC. The end result was exactly what we were looking for which was for him the 'clean up' the PC and bring it back to an acceptable performance level. I also brought along an old laptop of mine and he did the same for me. He explained everything he did in a clear manner. All of the work was done quicker than I anticipated and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete and PC Service On Site.

I have several casement windows in my home and over time the mechanisms to crank the windows open and closed all seem to break down. I have found it very difficult to find anyone who is interested in doing this type of repair. Most window companies are more interested in selling you new windows. In the past I used a handyman to make these repairs but the problems seem to re-occur. As a result I hunted around for someone new when three more mechanisms went kaput. I found someone advertising casement window repairs on kijiji of all places. I called the number and promptly received a call back from Toby of Bayview Windows and Doors. He came out the next day, immediately fixed one of the them and explained why the other two had to be replaced. He came back a few days later as he said he would with the replacements and installed them at what I thought to be a very reasonable price based on past experience. Toby was professional, courteous and friendly. Given the service I received for this small job, he will be the first person I will call if I need a larger job done or any job at all that involves the repair or replacement of windows or doors.
