Not a great alarm company at all. Trouble light came on at 3am and started beeping twice every couple seconds while I was home alone. Called the guy and he didn't know anything. My home phone said "check phone line", so I thought my home phone might be link to my alarm system; and that maybe someone had cut my phone line or something (I was home alone, and thinking all the possible senarios). I called the guy to tell him about the trouble light, and he snapped at me telling me how to turn it off and to call service tmr morning. But I was worried it was someone trying to break in, so I tried to ask him if he knew if my home phone was connected to the alarm. He impatiently kept telling me "I don't know. I don't know". And I'm trying to explains him that I was worried about my alarm system in terms of safety. He just kept repeating he didn't know, and told me to call service in the morning. Overall very unprofessional, and dismissive - and just handled the situation with no respect or urgency or attentiveness and care at all. Makes me feel very unsafe with this alarm company, as they seem so dismissive and nonchallent.
