The Samsung stove I'd been waiting for was finally released after 7 months. Mike L doggedly tracked down the stove through their purchasing people after 4 days and came back with a price $200 below my budget and $500 better than other suppliers. Adding the matching refrigerator sweetened the deal and the order was placed. Estimated availability was 3 weeks and that's when my items arrived.
Their delivery people offered several choices, confirmed by email and voice mail. An automated message advised me a few minutes ahead to expect delivery and another 5 minutes after delivery to ask if everything was satisfactory. That's good business.
Delivery guys were pleasant, competent and efficient.
( Many years ago I used to do this kind of work and I always take care to ensure clear access, remove doors where necessary and move furniture out of the way. Believe me they always appreciate that, as well as a nice tip)
