New AC unit installed. After researching several units, John was patient and helpful in providing prices for comparison and advice on best choice. My old AC was 31 years old and my furnace 17 years, but there was NO upselling involved - what a pleasant surprise! If you're happy with the furnace and it's working well, then keep it, was his advice. When the time comes, I'll no doubt have them install a new furnace. The two young installers were pleasant, personable, and thoroughly professional. Very impressive and clearly happy in their work.

Fair price, good product, great install. Only two windows, but one quite large, all done and dusted in 3 hours start to finish. Was able to fill nail holes, sand, paint and hang blinds and curtains by end of the day! Well satisfied.

The Samsung stove I'd been waiting for was finally released after 7 months. Mike L doggedly tracked down the stove through their purchasing people after 4 days and came back with a price $200 below my budget and $500 better than other suppliers. Adding the matching refrigerator sweetened the deal and the order was placed. Estimated availability was 3 weeks and that's when my items arrived. Their delivery people offered several choices, confirmed by email and voice mail. An automated message advised me a few minutes ahead to expect delivery and another 5 minutes after delivery to ask if everything was satisfactory. That's good business. Delivery guys were pleasant, competent and efficient. ( Many years ago I used to do this kind of work and I always take care to ensure clear access, remove doors where necessary and move furniture out of the way. Believe me they always appreciate that, as well as a nice tip) First class all the way. Highly satisfied with CAS Mississauga.

After fighting off a number of HVAC companies intent on selling me a $2000 replacement water heater, I finally found Rysco who were happy to repair my existing water heater for $400. I will replace the heater when the time comes, but the time is not yet and probably not for 10 years. Dale and Graham were polite, professional, safety conscious and good humoured. I'll certainly use Rysco in future and gladly recommend them.
