My sales associate was friendly and knowledgable However, the customer service provided by this company is sub par at best. I purchased an expensive dishwasher and asked for installation. I was told the installers would call me within 48 hours to make an appointment. No call came. When I emailed my sales associate to follow up, he responded by sending me the phone number. When the installer discovered a critical part was missing and could not complete the install, "customer service" told me I would have to wait an entire week! Newsflash: If you have another in stock, you crack it open and give your existing customer the part and order the part for yourself. You don't make them wait. I tried calling my associate and left a message begging him to call. He didn't. Here is my recommendation: Shop elsewhere.

Please know that we only sell new appliances and do not have the ability to provide replacement parts. The first year you have the appliance it is under warranty from the manufacturer and any replacement parts would be their responsibility. As such, we would not open a new box to retrieve a replacement part for another unit. I'm happy to be advised that the replacement part has been shipped to you. We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
