Ags Kitchens No Longer In Business

Really disappointed. Forced full payment before installation began. Many delays with an excuse of "Well I am sorry it doesnt work for you"

Probably a reason Sam is no longer in business. Very disappointed.

In February of 2016 we hired Sam (owner of AGS kitchens) to do a simple job, which he said he could do in 6 weeks. He brought us a contract that said 8 weeks, we gave him a 50% deposit and signed the contract. The 8 weeks brought us to April 15th. As the date approached, he still hadn't come to get our cupboard front to match. We contacted him to find out what was going on and he said he needed more time, so we graciously gave him another 2 weeks (which brings us to April 29th). We were still waiting for him to get our cupboard front after he told us 4 or 5 times that he would (and then he wouldn't show up). He eventually did, and said that he would bring it back in 1 week (it's been over 2 and we still don't have it back) and he said the cupboards would be installed in 2-3 weeks bringing us close to a month past the contract date. I called him to find out what was going on (since the 2 week mark had passed since he came to pick up the cupboard door) and he said that he was going out of business, didn't have our cupboards and didn't have our money. He also said he didn't use the money we gave him towards our project. So, now we are out a cupboard door and all of that money.

Great salesman. Ordered wrong doors and blamed us. Advised us he would order proper door and replace. Told us numerous times would be done but then will not take our calls. Other things left unfinished. Otherwise kitchen looks great but not the one we paid for.
