Since moving into my brand new home I’ve been having problems with my roof. Missing shingles, loose shingles flapping in windy weather, leaking ceiling. I’m so sure ballantry homes hires a low budget roofing company. They called the roofing company out a few times before the leaking ceiling stopped. The roofing guys are lazy and did not check the whole roof. The shingles are still loose and banging around in the wind. I contacted ballantry homes about it today and they told me my 1 year warranty is up so they won’t do anything about it. Buyer Beware!! This roof problem is very common with other ballantry homes homeowners. Please read reviews before buying!! Photo attached of shingles flipping up in the wind
