Very accomodating, great product knowledge, intuitive and pleasant. A strong effort by salesperson to ensure process was well understood and when events were scheduled.

No issues whatsoever. Tradesmen went out of their way to make sure specialized trim was preserved and put back as best as possible, given the new product was slightly different than original. This was unexpected and appreciated.
I believe I got what I paid for and more importantly, there were no issues with the product or installation. Done on time and done with obvious pride & workmanship.

Our installers went above and beyond! They took such good care of our home and our property while doing this install and the quality of their work is second to none! We would have been a little more satisfied if a pane of glass had not been missing from the original order which held up the install much longer when combined with the weather. This was certainly not the fault of our installers, and they did everything that they could to make sure that we got what we needed done as quickly as they possibly could.
