An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Everett was very prompt replying to our initial inquiry. He was easy to work with and promptly answered any questions about our quotation. He was definitely a good representative, providing great service for your company. After we placed our order we were quickly called to explain the time frame for our windows. When the order was progressing, customer service called to set up a date for delivery and installation. The customer service department was clear and very informative. We will certainly be contacting Everett again next spring to complete the renovation of the last 9 windows in our home. Your installation crew were very hardworking and respectful of our home. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and cleaned up nicely after themselves.
