The Sales rep made an alternate suggestion which was better than our initial request.

Installer & crew were very personable. Took the time to show us why the older windows had water seepage, how the new windows were superior and installation details. Site was cleaned during and after installation.
We will be repeat customers.

The sales agent (Shane Ferry) was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and was very to the point and factual during the initial quote. He did not try to upsell me nor pressure me, which I appreciated.

I was informed of when the installation would take place promptly and with plenty of time to prepare.

The admin and sales staff were very good and easy to work with. The installation crew provided the best service I have ever seen in this industry. When I was a student, I worked as a labourer in home construction so I was expecting the worst. I must say I was more than pleasantly surprised by the superb work ethic, service, and performance of my installer.

My windows were installed by Russ on Oct 6. A common complaint these days is that good service cannot be found anymore. Anyone who says that has obviously never worked with Russ! He was excellent. He answered all my questions about the work being performed and the product installed. To say he was helpful and polite is an understatement. His work was excellent and fast. I would recommend All Weather Windows purely on his example alone.

The sales person was enthusiastic, informative re:options & able to give an honest opinion for the best style of door to suit our design sense.
It took a little while to connect re: install date. However, once we connected the communication was wonderful. Very professional & friendly, with good use of humor.
