They replaced two windows in the lower level ofour bilevel home. I am very happy with workmanship, they are professional and clean up after job was completed.

Both gentlemen were really great. They completed the work quickly, efficiently and left everything completely cleaned up when finished. I am partially handicapped, and I feel they went above and beyond in preparing to do the work, as I was not able to do everything required before they arrived, and I have no real resources to help me in these matters, so I really appreciated what they had to do extra so they could work. No words to express how greatful I was that they just did what needed to be done with no complaints at all. They never made me feel bad about the extra stuff at all, even though I was disappointed in myself for not being able to prepare it for them in advance of our appointment. Just wonderful guys, wonderful work! Thank you!

The estimator that came to the house was very informative, listened to my concerns and goals and gave me excellent suggestions accordingly.
The fellas who did the work were on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after with as little disruption in the house as possible, considering all windows were being replaced. They were polite and just nice guys.
They were happy to order new windows with privacy glass for the bathrooms and replace at no extra charge to me, as it was overlooked in the first order.

The quality and workmanship of the windows, frames and casings is beyond what we expected. The installers were very organized and professional and did a superb job both installing and cleaning up afterwards.

Never ever use this company!!
They promised complete install no longer than 10 weeks as per contract. 23 weeks later product still not completed.... windows came cracked and damaged, they measured wrong twice and delayed our timeframe by 6 months!!! They broke their side of the contract and tried to get us to sign off on work not completed!!! Absolutely horrible to deal with!! Save yourself the nightmare and choose a more qualified company that won't break their side of the contract!!

Ordered windows in June. Arrived on site basically on time. 2 damaged windows, and a missing patio sliding door. 1st damaged window repaired on site. Apparently the missing slider comes out of QUEBEC!! Been over 2 months and the sliding door arrived today with NO HARDWARE. Apparently they now have to order the hardware (another 2 months???). In the meantime, while installing the other sliding door the installers broke the corner out of the frame, and didn’t say anything?? Another new slider from Quebec!!! Also, while out today to finally fix the front window delivery damage 2 months ago, they said no, not fixing today, now we order parts for fixing?? I need my house at lock up, but have had to board up the sliding doors for 2 months now, and probably 2 more until the hardware arrives!
This is my very first quiestionable review ever, but I am very frustrated!!

Got 2 estimates. AWW were the cheapest but had the best product with a promotion on getting 2 layers of e_coating inside triple pane windows. Did all the work for the GOA rebate. Timing from order to install was as stated. Installer came and verified measurements, answered all our questions. A crew of 3 came for the 2 day install and provided drop cloths to contain debris, were very accomodating of our dog ensuring gates were kept closed and did everything with absolute professionalism. When all was done made sure everything was clean and we toured each window to make sure nothing was wrong. They explained all the warranty paperwork. I highly recommend AWW to anyone looking for a quality product at a reasonable price and an outstanding installation.
