My house had 10 new windows put in, for a cost of $16,000. One on window the screens keep falling out - on the slightest steady breeze. On another window the hinges were torn right out of the bottom and the lock lever has snapped off. These windows were 6 years old when I contacted the company to report these issue, but I was told they were no longer under warranty. I guess they must believe the lifespan on these windows is low (5 years) - I certainly believe that now.

this company is a joke , after taking half the full payment on april 24 its not july 6 and I still don't have window, fist off they measured the windows wrong so another 3 week wait then they told me the new windows only came in white color as I needed brown they told me the windows would be painted, next phone call I was told the paint needed a week to cure so here I am over 2 months waiting and still no windows

this company was fantastic to deal with. they stand out because they paid close attention to detail from the quote to after completion. The installers were respectful of my home and did my entire place in a day.
I have had 2 follow up calls since just to make sure all is well and that my wife and I are happy.

Replaced all the windows in our 1960's bungalow. Great service, excellent product, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after installation.

The work was done within the two days estimated. Old windows removed and new ones installed complete with casing.
They removed and replaced existing vinyl siding, and cleaned up the work site after installation.
While cleaning the windows, they noticed a fault in the coating of one window and a tear in one of the window screens - which was noted on the report and will be replaced.
Overall we are very happy with our new windows

Diane was excellent to deal with. The contractors that came to my home were professional and friendly. They do a quality job!
My only suggestion would be an improvement to the phone system: it's quite hard to talk to a person when calling in (on a Saturday, a lady told me she ignores the phone because she doesn't know anything about service and that's all that calls on Saturday?). I'd be nice to have someone designated to the phones.
