The installers were very professional and did a great job. The doors worked out perfectly. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the rough wood surface on the inside of the doors. We were expecting the plastic capping on both inside and out. It would have made the look complete. We purchased the top model in its class thinking that it would have been finished better than it was.

The door has been installed completely crooked and does not close properly. It has an unsightly plywood plank added to the bottom of the frame as well. I contacted the rep who dealt with us asking for help to fix this and have had no reply.

Work done at time booked. Adam & Jesse ( installers) very professional and communicated with me thru the install.

Ahmad was the estimator, Rob and Thomas did the installation. I would highly recommend them. The estimate was accurate and timely. The window installation was done on time on the days booked. There was one error in the order which was corrected immediately and the correct door installed as soon as possible. Rob and Thomas cleaned up everything and took all garbage away. Would definitely have this crew come back if I needed any other doors or windows.

Each part of the project was well planned and allowed us enough time to prepare.

My new windows are great, my newest bill since the windows were installed was $35.00 lower. I am very happy.
