Their Customer Service was excellent - calling the day before to ensure we were still on schedule. Arrived on time. Extremely satisfied with Alan’s knowledge and professionalism for my living room rug. Alan explained the nature of the stains and the realistic expectation for the removal of each stain. He also explained about the viscose material of the rug and its lack of stain repelling ability. The rug was returned to us and I was pleasantly surprised that the stain had disappeared. I have 3 small kids, a dog and had "the carpet from hell"..... I didn't think that there was any hope for getting rid of the dirt and stains without totally ripping the carpet out. I hired The Canadian Steam Carpet Cleaning company based on the reviews and correspondence with Alan. He answered all my questions and was even able to book my appointment at my requested time (which was earlier than they usually start appointments). I appreciated the reminder call I received the day before my appointment. The day of my appointment, I was greeted by Richard, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. We discussed the condition of the carpet and what my expectations were. Richard worked efficiently and diligently and I couldn't be happier with the results. He did an amazing job and even went out of the way to treat the pet stains with enzymes even though we hadn't discussed it. He offered me valuable advice on how to help the carpet dry fast and on a timeline for maintenance cleaning. I am definitely going to use them the next time. Thanks again for a fantastic job!!!!
