Area rug cleaning and spot cleaning
Extremely satisfied with Alan’s knowledge and professionalism for my living room rug. Alan explained the nature of the stains and the realistic expectation for the removal of each stain. He also explained about the viscose material of the rug and its lack of stain repelling ability. The rug was returned to us and I was pleasantly surprised that the stain had disappeared. They had spot cleaned after the regular cleaning to ensure the stain was lifted. Thank you to both Alan and Oliver for their prompt delivery. I’m a repeat client for the last few years and would not hesitate to refer this company to others.
