XYZ Storage

The staff were very helpful when I was booking the unit prior to having my belongings stored. However, their administration system (billing and contracts) leaves a lot to be desired. I have been double billed on my credit card twice and am awaiting the refund. Seems everyone I speak to has to " look into the matter " but I have to pay my credit card regardless.

I would caution anyone using the service to ensure they check their credit card charges monthly. Also ensure the contract clearly states whether the 'free month' is at the beginning or the end of the contract.

The unit itself was clean, the lot is secure and well lit.

We have used All Canadian Self Storage on Beechgrove in Scarborough several times throughout the years. They have always been very accommodating and the facility is kept clean and well repaired.

The facility is clean and well-located, with good amenities, and the staff provide excellent customer service

This is an okay storage facility but it is pricey and there is no customer service to speak of. They keep very short hours and if you have a problem outside of those hours there is no one to help you. When you do reach someone, they are often rude and unhelpful. I left several messages for the facility manager over the course of 6 weeks and never received a call back. She was always out of the office or unavailable. Spoke to the owner who said all the right things but then proceeded to do nothing. If you expect customer service for your money, go elsewhere.

Great work and reception from Jodie, Antonio, Johnny, and Erin. they did help me with the storage process. I truly appreciate how they helped me. I recommend their service to anyone.

I have to say I was thrilled with this company. I used the storage that they drop you off a box, you fill it up, and then they take it away!

Used All Canadian Self Storage for 4 months while our house was under renovations. All our stuff was kept clean and free from moisture. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Rates are very reasonable and they pro-rate the fees by day. So when we checked out before the end of the month we got some money back. Will recommend this company to all my friends.
