The staff were very helpful when I was booking the unit prior to having my belongings stored. However, their administration system (billing and contracts) leaves a lot to be desired. I have been double billed on my credit card twice and am awaiting the refund. Seems everyone I speak to has to " look into the matter " but I have to pay my credit card regardless. I would caution anyone using the service to ensure they check their credit card charges monthly. Also ensure the contract clearly states whether the 'free month' is at the beginning or the end of the contract. The unit itself was clean, the lot is secure and well lit.
