Real Professional Home Inspection. Inspector came prepared and on time. He inspect every part of my new home detailly, and the report sent to me in 6 hours. I highly recommend this home inspector.

This was the second time we have used Yuri for a home inspection. As always Yuri was very professional and thorough with his work and provided a detailed report in a timely fashion. This document allowed us to negotiate a $6000.00 reduction in the purchase price of the home.

Yuri was terrific! His detailed report, that included photos, outlined major structural problems and lack of care with a century home I considered purchasing. He was extremely thorough, explained his findings in a manner in which I could clearly understand, was professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. Yuri was fantastic! I wanted a thorough inspection of the house I was buying so I would be sure this older home was in good shape to buy and what I should put on my "to-do" list to keep the house in great shape. Yuri provided that attention to detail! He was professional, punctual, very informative and passionate about his work. He explained very clearly what the strengths and weaknesses of the house were and what areas needed attention to maintain my comfort in the house and the value of my investment. The printed report which I received within hours, including all the clear photographs with annotations, is a great reference for my home maintenance plan! I really appreciated the work Yuri did and would highly recommend him!

Yuri has done 2 house inspections for me. One included the Infrared imaging service . He takes his work seriously , is on time, very detailed, and seems very knowledgeable about the range of structural, mechanical and electrical systems found in houses. He may not be the cheapest but I wanted quality and value when making such a large investment as buying a house.

Yuri was very professional and provided very helpful comments. We called him at late night and he returned our call early next morning. We asked him to come and do the inspection asap. He tried his best to meet our needs. We appreciate his efforts.

Here I will copy and paste my review from 2011...I have used his services twice since then and nothing has changed. I found you can ask him any questions you need during the house inspection, and he will give in-depth answers. Also I've called him after the fact with follow-up questions, and gotten answers. He's very good to work with and really cares about what he is doing.

This is a follow-up review since I've done 3 inspections with Yuri now.
