Home inspection for buying my new home
Yuri was fantastic! I wanted a thorough inspection of the house I was buying so I would be sure this older home was in good shape to buy and what I should put on my "to-do" list to keep the house in great shape. Yuri provided that attention to detail! He was professional, punctual, very informative and passionate about his work. He explained very clearly what the strengths and weaknesses of the house were and what areas needed attention to maintain my comfort in the house and the value of my investment. The printed report which I received within hours, including all the clear photographs with annotations, is a great reference for my home maintenance plan! I really appreciated the work Yuri did and would highly recommend him!
