Pool Supply Centre

I had used Pool Supply for several years then decided to open and close my pool myself. It was party to save money and as my son was back from school and able to assist. I had called last year and had Chris (husband) come out for a one-off service. I called this year and was told by the owner, Franka (spouse), that they only complete services for clients that open or close their pools with them. They do not require any additional business and are too busy. I found Franka to be very rude and with little need for me or my business. It has been that way even when a client. She is not very pleasant. So, if you are thinking of Pool Supply do not as they have enough business and will not provide one off service appointments. For that matter Franka left me on hold for 5 minutes on both calls after her office asking who was on the line. She never called back. I called and was told that she was too busy for my job and most likely why she did not even call back. I think rude is the only word for it!!! Also, the cost quoted by a competitor was $400.00 and they are proceeding with the repair on Friday with no hesitation....
