Our custom built home was completely furnished with Brown windows. Recently one of the locking levers on one of the windows broke. I contacted Brown windows, sent them a picture of the lever and asked them if they had one. They said yes they had the lever. I said great could you ship one to me. I offer to send them payment as well as a self addressed postage paid envelope so all they would have to do is put the lever in the envelope and drop it in the mail. They refused - company policy not to mail out parts. They said the only way I could get it was if I came in person to pick it up. I explained I live over 200 miles away which is quite a drive. Couldn't they just put it in the envelope. Apparently not
Needless to say I'm not impressed with the company. Can't even get through to management - only an email saying that it is company policy not to ship anything out. Come on guys
