Brown Window Corporation

Our custom built home was completely furnished with Brown windows. Recently one of the locking levers on one of the windows broke. I contacted Brown windows, sent them a picture of the lever and asked them if they had one. They said yes they had the lever. I said great could you ship one to me. I offer to send them payment as well as a self addressed postage paid envelope so all they would have to do is put the lever in the envelope and drop it in the mail. They refused - company policy not to mail out parts. They said the only way I could get it was if I came in person to pick it up. I explained I live over 200 miles away which is quite a drive. Couldn't they just put it in the envelope. Apparently not
Needless to say I'm not impressed with the company. Can't even get through to management - only an email saying that it is company policy not to ship anything out. Come on guys

I hired Brown windows for the contract work. They installed gorgeous black windows. Neighbours stop and ask me all the time where I got the windows from. Brown windows did the job right the first time and they dealt with all my needs efficiently. This was the right company to use.

We hired Brown to replace many windows in our home. They were responsive and helpful from the start. They respected our budget and provided many options. They understood what we wanted and why, and even made suggestions to ensure window's structural integrity over time. We had Mark help us, and Chris was the installer. Chris is excellent. Very clean, and very kind too. His sub contractor was not quite as careful, but he was not here the whole time. Not a big deal ! We have putty and paint to fix the old pieces of wall that more or less crumbled. We also ordered a door. We had a small mishap with the lock hole that was drilled, but they found a solution for it using filler. Overall, I would recommend the company. We had a strangely shaped octagonal (ish) window that was not quite a perfect octagon. Instead of cutting the brick, the took the measurements again and returned about a month later to finish the job. They also visited a neighbour and after looking at what she wanted to do, actually recommended her not to do it because of the cost involved (not even kidding)! They care about their clients and are willing to go the extra mile to help. We had a good experience. Windows have been in for a month, and no issues yet. We were referred by a friend who had two homes done by the company. Thanks Brown!

Builder used this trash as it's cheap for them to put into the new homes they build. I have tried to contact Brown several times with no response, the house is 5 yrs old and we're looking at replacing them already. Many in the area already have replaced this trash. Never ever buy this trash, they should be put out of business, but as long as builders buy it they will continue to manufacture it. Truly SHAMEFUL.

Brown Windows installed 7 windows across the back of our house a number of years ago. Within the first couple years 3 of the seals failed resulting in grayish discolouration around the perimeter of the window. They replaced those at a partial cost to me. Since then all of the windows have failed. And they wouldn't do anything about it. Apparently the spacers they used between the panes of glass were inferior. Since they knew that I think they should have been willing to replace the other windows. The worst quality windows I have ever seen.

Just built my house and used Brown for the windows and the install quality and service was painless and fast. I was very satisfied with the professional manner i was provided with.

Brown Window has just completed the first of 6 upcoming projects for my family and I. We are building 6 homes in King City. The windows, doors and patio sliders are excellent. I was referred from my neighbour. From start to finish they were great to deal with. Lui the gentleman that I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The house looks beautiful and Brown window was a big part in that. Thank you Brown and Lui.

Mark from Brown Windows was very helpful he measured the windows and they were ready in only 4 weeks. Most of the companies I have contacted were estimating 6 weeks or more for the installation. They look beautiful and modern and I definitely would recommend this company.

Brown Window just supplied me with my third custom house. This most recant home is my personal home. The last two I have built for work as I am a small home builder. The windows and doors that they manufacture are a 10 out of 10 in my eyes. From the first time you walk in their office you feel like you are getting what you need and want. Never was I upsold or misguided on my projects. Angelo (the sales man) was a pleasure to deal with. Also the service was perfect as I had two issues from construction damage. The two glass units that were broken were fixed for a very reasonable rate.
