Pro Floor Sanding & Refinishing

We had our living room and dining room sanded and refinished by Pro Floor.
The team came in. All very kind, respectful, professional and full of knowledge.
The job was done in a timely manner, and turned out better than I had ever imagined!

This company is far from PROFESIONAL. They do not show up on time. Over charge. Do not commit to helping you out when stated on the phone that they would. Offered to fix scratch when they didn't show up and stated weeks later after seveal calls on my end that it's my problem. Not good PR skills....would never recommend. They seem too busy and disconcerned. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

This company is proffesional, courteous and more than willing to satisfy your request to perfection. Not that in all these years we have ever had to ask for anything to be redone.
