A very professional and friendly service person arrived at my home. Derek did his work thoroughly and even took the time to show me a couple of ways to care for my furnace and air conditioning in between visits. This is a solid company who was able to send a technician to me the next business day. I highly recommend them.

Our ac broke on the long weekend, reliance had someone out by 8 am on a sunday of a long weekend to assess, and get us booked in for our new unit to be installed.

The install team was super friendly, helpful and were all around amazing! They left no mess behind (it was perfect and spotless) they were quick, efficient and walked us through every step of the way!
Over the years, ive dealt with multiple repair/replacements/deliveries of equiptment/appliances, and this recent experience is leaps and bounds ahead, by far the best install ive ever had- and will only ever use reliance for ac/heating!! Best call we made, and cant express what a great experience this was.

New RO Filter Leaking

The tech (Greg 113605) was awesome. He called right away after I got off the phone with call centre. He was able to come earlier and he did.

When he arrived he immediately got to work. Greg Diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and explained the whole process while doing so.

Greg discovered that the new RO Filter that I was installing was faulty and was unable to properly secure and lock in place (which is why it was leaking) He grabbed a spare from his truck replaced it, functioned and all was good.

I was unaware of the system had dual shut off valves, so he explained the system and made sure I had a good understanding of it. He also took the time to properly explain the treatment for the new filter and did a great job of cleaning up his work area.

This is the definition of customer service, The world needs more Gregs !!

Now the call centre guy was rude, he cut me off a couple times while I was trying to explain what was happening and he basically told me I didn't know how to install a filter. However he did get the tech out to me right away.
