Had them supply and install mechanical for a 4 unit bungalow style apartment. The 2 acs at the rear were plumbed in to the wrong units and they refused to acknowledge their mistake. Units are metered separately so only other option for me to get it working correctly was to rewire the units at my expense. For that reason I do not recommend nor will I be using them again.

Ken did a good job negotiating the price for the AC, and installation. The guys that installed the AC were very nice and friendly. I would recommend Reliance for any AC installation.

The Reliance team was fast and efficient in setting up the new heat pump system. They had some challenges with the final testing that required a second electrician to come on site and resolve. Overall good service and I am happy with the results.

We contacted Reliance Superior Heating & Air Conditioning on afternoon of Saturday July 15, 2023 in regards for possible repair or replacement of malfunctioning large (3.5 ton) central AC unit. Next morning (Sunday) the representative (Charles) was already on site making assessment. Unfortunately the 17-year old AC was run on R-22 and could not be repaired. By Monday morning we were provided with a quote for a new system, which turned out to be very competitive when compared to 2 other local companies. By Wednesday evening we signed the contract for installation and on Thursday afternoon the new AC was installed and working. The whole experience so far was great. We also had a new Carrier Infinity main furnace and smart thermostat installed by that company 2.5 years ago and also had very good experience.

Aircon stopped working got an alert on the thermostat called reliance got service early the next day. Perfect, fast, reliable service. Trevor was great!

Alem was very good and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning of both our furnace and air-conditioner. The A/C is old, but he remarked that it was still running well and when we wanted to speak to a sales rep about a replacement, he made arrangements for someone to visit us immediately. Very happy with the service and the protection plan we have.

Transactions were very fast and installation was done the next day. No complaints so far.
