We have ended up with a beautifully painted house. It was a job that was intricate and far from straightforward. When problems occurred they were dealt with speedily and efficiently--with complicated jobs it's not if problems will occur but when. Klondike, as always, is on top of it and their after-service care is what distinguishes them from the rest. Thanks James, and Garth.

When I started to look for a space for my own Beauty and Spa I came across Klondike. Annaliesse came up with a wonderful concept for the space design and Jacqueline guided me through the construction process step by step. The renovation went very smoothly, on time and without major problems. Challenges were faced and resolved. The space now looks great and I have already recommended the team at Klondike to one of my friends for another spa.

When we decided to do a full home renovation we made sure that we selected a contractor that we were comfortable with. Our experience with Klondike has shown that our initial impressions were absolutely correct. Throughout the entire design and build process they were helpful and professional and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

Undertaking a renovation of this size was no small decision and Jacqueline, our designer,and Garth, our project manager, worked to make sure the design met our requirements and our budget. When we had to put the project on hold for personal reasons they made every accommodation to ensure that we didn't feel pressured.

Once construction started the job was done professionally with skilled trades people, all of whom were polite and very willing to spend time with us discussing the work. The scheduling was done such that I don't see how the project could have been completed more quickly. There were people on site every day for seven months, at times more than a dozen working at once.

Overall this was a very positive experience that makes us feel that we got our money's worth from the re-design and from the assistance provided by Klondike.

Hello - just wanted to write a proper thank you for all the work that you and your team did on our beautiful house. We very much appreciate everything that you did to bring us from a oddly laid out, many times reno'd, 100 year old house with "lots of potential" to the stunning, functional "home" that we have today. We are enjoying it so very much.

From going to bat for us for permits to agonizing over flooring samples (please, can we see just a few more?!), Annaliesse, you were there for us (at all hours) and made the process fun. The energy and enthusiasm that you bring to your work is fantastic. We'll always credit you with the brilliant idea to hang the bathroom mirrors in the windows!

And Garth, thanks for pushing the project over the final few hurdles and lending your expertise when it was most needed.

Of course, as with any reno, there were bumps in the road and emotion-filled moments, but your team always handled everything with respect and class. We really feel like it was a partnership - we both had some give and take - and ultimately ended up up in a really great place. We were talking the other day about whether we'd refer friends to Klondike or use you again ourselves, and we both quickly agreed that the answer is yes. You made good on your commitments and delivered us a house that you shaped into our home.

The project was well managed in spite of some issues. Great people to work with, especially the Project Manager.
Professional, friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Exactly what is desired and expected from a general contractor.

They did the stucco and exterior paint to our house last August. And we are really happy with their job. We got a lot of compliments from our neighbours.
Since the first time they started work at our house they are very consistent with their job and very professional. And they always communicate anything ( issues or advices ) with us.
Definetely we'll use their service again.
